Remember that the bread you buy in the grocery store may not be as good for you as it was in years gone by. Read the label to see what ingredients it contains, and remember that wheat is generally genetically modified.
There are healthy choices but many of them are in specialty stores. You can feel free eating bread made with ancient or any flours that are not gmo. Sprouted grain bread is also good. Use care when you buy bread for that cinnamon honey toast.
